Terrorists killed indiscrinmately about 200 people in Mumbai, India during three days. Indian forces were able to kill all of the attackers but one who has been captured alive and being interogated.

It is too early to point fingers to any group for this highly condemnable terrorist activity. First of all the timing of the attacks is very crtical. India is going to elections in couple of months. US is having a new President in couple of months also who seems to be more committed to resovle the Kashmir issue between India and Pakistan. It is anybody’s guess that these attacks have minimized the any resolution of the Kashmir issue in near future. It is only going to esclate the enemosity of the two countries towards each other.

While experts of the region are predicting that Pakistan is in melt down situation and fastly becoming a failed state, US is continueing attacks by drone plans into Pakistan territory and at the same time now India is trying to pressurize Pakistan. It will create a very dangerous situation for the whole region. I would suggest that US will have to change its policy of attacking Pakistani areas which is not only killing hundreds of civilians but also providing grounds for the relatives of the killed ones to give a reason to get involved in terrorist activities against Pakistan and US.

In some of the other terrorist activities in past, India blamed Pakistan and Muslims but later found out that Indian army personals were involved. One wonders why Indian government even considering that possiblity in this matter and trying to point fingers to Pakistan.

I have never understood that why a terrorist would carry ID like Passport to show his identity?

I strongly condemn these attacks and feel very sad on the loss of so many lives. However, at the same time I hope that Indian government and media will refrain from blaming anyone before finding any concrete evidence to support the blame. Unfortunately, it is not opposite so far.
