Gaza War criminals get Israel’s state protection

International calls to investigate Israel over alleged war crimes in the Gaza Strip prompted Prime Minister Ehud Olmert on Sunday to promise military personnel state protection from foreign prosecution.
“The commanders and soldiers sent to Gaza should know they are safe from various tribunals and Israel will assist them on this front and defend them, just as they protected us with their bodies during the Gaza operation,” Olmert said.

1000 less Terrorists in Gaza

The death toll of Palestinians or Hamas millitants/terrorists has crossed 1000. This is the result of three weaks of continuous shelling and bombing of Gaza by Israel’s armed forces which claims that the operation is aimed at stopping the rocket fires into Israel by terrorists in Gaza.

Let the dogs bark

It has been two weeks since Israel started pounding 350 square kilometer area of Gaza strip. The official death toll is 765 palestinians as a result of shelling and bombing which was targeting Hamas. About 250 of the deads are children.
The advocates of Israel tell the world that Israelis phone Palestinians before attacking so that Palestinians can take shelter, wounded Palestinians are treated in top notch medical facilities of Israel and Israel takes all the precautions to avoid the common palestinians. Gaza Attack a Marked Failure for the United Nations

Miguel D’escoto Brockmann, the president of the UN General Assembly, termed Israel’s ground offensive in Gaza was a “monstrosity” and a marked failure for the United Nations.
He said:
“I think it’s a monstrosity; there’s no other way to name it. Once again, the world is watching in dismay the dysfunctionality of the Security Council.”
