The economic-affair committee of city council of Ottawa has given green signal to sell Ottawa city council’s land. The South Nepean Muslim community (snmc). The decission to approve the sale will go to Ottawa city council on May 25, 2009. The South Nepean Muslim community will pay $1.05 millions for 1.3 hectors of land 3020 Woodroffe Ave.

The Soucth Nepean Muslim community has been working hard for years to build Masjid. We congratulate the community for this good news. The South Nepean Muslim community is raising funds to acquire the land. You can find the pledge form here or visit the website www.snmc.ca to donate.
