Canadian Tire way of doing business

I had to visit local Canadian Tire store in Ottawa to purchase a planter set that was on special for my mother in law. The store had planter set that looked different from the picture in the weekly store flyer.  The one which I liked had a third piece of the planter from some other coloured set.
